Absence claim. The edition line-up named in the pre-order release is Standard and Ultimate only; Rockstar has never mentioned a Collector’s Edition. The Goodtime State – Vice City Collection, announced September 24, 2026, is a Collector’s Box of merchandise with the game sold separately, so it is not one.
